Annually, as prescribed in our church bylaws, LifeWay Church opens the opportunity to consider any new Elders that you as church members feel led to nominate. The window of opportunity to nominate new elders is now open. There will be a verbal announcement as well. This will be open for the next several weeks. We may or not receive any nominations as we are not bound to make sure we add any. However, God may be leading you to nominate someone. So I am officially announcing this to you as our church family and ask that if you feel led to nominate someone, go speak to them first, and then turn in a simple nomination form to the church office.
The Elders at LifeWay are here to guide and protect the mission and integrity of God’s work through this Body. I ask you to keep them in your prayers always. They are certainly NOT the only leaders in this Church family, but they are extremely important to us.
